What types of data are collected?
To provide the best product for users, Usage Data may be collected while using the Application.
Certain types of Usage Data may be voluntarily provided by Users while using the Application. For example, when a user manually enters the details of their transactions, this data is used to provide features such as total portfolio value and gains/losses over time.
Other types of usage data may be automatically collected by the application to improve the product. For example, troubleshooting information may be collected to identify and correct errors.
However, for accounts for which no user login is created, no personal information is collected that could identify a user in any way. All data collected is used solely to provide the best possible service to the user.
As part of the beta launch, users have the opportunity to register for the beta community. The data provided in this context may be shared with our partners identified on the website for business-related purposes through the users' consent under the corresponding form. The consent can be revoked at any time. Data may be stored in accordance with legal requirements even after the launch of the beta version of the app.

Users may request changes, deletions, or other types of changes to their portfolio data from time to time. To fulfill these requests, customer support staff may access this data (only with the user's permission).
Where is the data processed?
The data is processed at the Rush App office and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located.
How long will the data be kept?
The data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to provide the services and functions to the User. The User may at any time request that his/her data be blocked or deleted. Upon the first request, Rush App will remove the specified data.
Changes to this policy
